Reliable automatic pallet strapping with compression

The Transpak TP-733VTSP Series is a fully automatic top-seal pallet strapping system designed to secure palletized loads for safe handling and transportation. With adjustable compression up to 2,500 kg, it is particularly suited for applications where loads need to be compressed and securely strapped.

The series is available in two configurations: TP-733VTSP-S with one fixed strapping head and one strap guide, and TP-733VTSP-T with two strapping heads and three strap guides.

An all-electric drive, friction-weld sealing and Siemens PLC/HMI provide precise operation and straightforward machine control. The system handles both PP and PET strapping and can process up to 120 pallets per hour, depending on the application.

Multiple arch sizes are available to suit different pallet dimensions and production requirements.
